On February 6, the First Members’ Congress of the Yantai Digital-Intelligence Industry Trade Union Federation was successfully convened in the China Digital Port Roadshow Hall, where the list of "2025 Yantai Digital-Sector Featured Cases" was officially released. The "Maritime AIS–Radar–Electro-Optical Multi-Source Fusion Early-Warning Platform" submitted by Shandong Guangwei Marine Technology Co., Ltd. was selected as a featured case of the year, thanks to its innovation and effectiveness in ocean monitoring and safety early-warning.
The platform integrates multiple sensing technologies including AIS, radar and electro-optics, building an all-weather, all-around, high-precision system for monitoring and early-warning of moving maritime targets. Through multi-source data fusion and intelligent analysis, it markedly improves the handling capability and efficiency of maritime traffic-safety supervision, prevention and control of illegal activity, and emergency-response dispatch — an important achievement of the company in the "Intelligent Ocean" business domain.
The selected "Maritime AIS–Radar–Electro-Optical Multi-Source Fusion Early-Warning Platform" has been deployed at sites including the "Genghai No.1" marine-ranch complex, the Yantai Runfengyuan national-level marine ranch, the Weihai Shuangdao Bay national-level marine ranch, and a nuclear power station. It has essentially achieved real-time monitoring of vessel behavior in key sea areas, track playback, risk assessment and early-warning push, providing reliable data support and decision aid for maritime authorities and enterprises, and demonstrating strong social benefit and application prospects.
As an industry-leading ocean digital-intelligence enterprise, GW-OCEAN will continue to focus on the needs of marine-environment monitoring, marine supervision and marine-industry development. With the goals of "precise perception, timely early-warning and intelligent decision-making," it will keep deepening technology R&D and applied innovation, leverage its integrated capabilities in fused sensing, intelligent analysis and platform building, and work hand in hand with industry partners to advance the modernization of ocean governance and the digital upgrade of the industry — contributing more "GW-OCEAN wisdom" and "GW-OCEAN solutions" to the high-quality development of the marine economy.
