Recently, the "Multi-Function Monitoring and Management System for the Genghai National-Level Marine Ranch in the Western Sea Area of Yantai’s Sishili Bay, Shandong Province" — jointly built by Shandong Genghai Marine Technology Co., Ltd., Shandong Marine Group Technology Co., Ltd. and Shandong Guangwei Marine Technology Co., Ltd. — successfully passed expert acceptance. The project is a key component of the intelligent-construction effort at the Genghai National-Level Marine Ranch, and its successful completion marks renewed authoritative recognition of GW-OCEAN’s comprehensive strength in the fields of Intelligent Ocean and Smart Fishery.
At the acceptance meeting, the expert panel listened to the project report and, following an on-site inspection and Q&A session, unanimously concluded that the marine-ranch multi-function monitoring and management system built under the project comprehensively covers seven major hardware systems — power supply, data transmission, water-quality monitoring, meteorological monitoring, hydrological monitoring, and above- and below-water video surveillance — while also developing a marine-environment monitoring software system and a companion mobile app. The panel found the system’s data complete, valid and stably operating, delivering real-time, online, three-dimensional monitoring of the Genghai Marine Ranch in the western sea area of Sishili Bay, fully meeting the requirements of the implementation plan, and unanimously approved the project for acceptance.
The Genghai National-Level Marine Ranch Multi-Function Monitoring and Management System that passed acceptance is another landmark achievement for GW-OCEAN in the field of intelligent marine ranching. The system is equipped with a range of high-precision monitoring instruments and sensors that capture, in real time, water-quality parameters such as pH, dissolved oxygen, chlorophyll, temperature, salinity and water depth, as well as meteorological data including air temperature, air pressure, wind speed and direction, and rainfall. It also incorporates high-definition above- and below-water video surveillance, enabling real-time video monitoring of targets within the artificial-reef zone — truly making the marine ranch’s ecological environment "visible, measurable and controllable," and offering a replicable "Shandong practice" for marine-ranch development nationwide.
